Mobile Technician - Tangerang Area Job ID 186567 Posted 24-Oct-2024 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management Location(s) South Tangerang - Banten - Indonesia, Tangerang - Banten - Indonesia Working under limited supervision when supporting assigned service calls, uses intermediate skills to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, building systems and equipment, vehicles, and grounds within a geographical area/route potentially across multiple sites. Monitors building system operations and performance. Applies several trade skills such as plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing. Must be flexible on schedule. What you’ll do: * Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. * Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders vital materials and supplies to complete all tasks. Uses CMMS to handle work orders. * Assists withtroubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, roofs, drains, etc. * Inspects building systems including fire alarms, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client. * Coordinates and inspects the work performed by outside contractors. Contracted work includes landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, plumbers, and cleaning. * Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps. * Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
