**Job Overview**
In this important role, you will provide essential administrative support for all active contracts within the Maintenance group. You will work closely with the Mobilisation Manager, Commercial Manager, Contract Managers, and the Business Development team. Your contributions will be crucial in the annual renewal of existing contracts and the smooth mobilisation of new contracts, which includes strategically managing subcontractor purchase orders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the Mobilisation Manager and Contract Managers to ensure the timely completion of the contract renewal process while strictly following standard operating procedures. Together, drive the annual renewal of existing contracts, ensuring they are beneficial and up to date.
- Actively engage with subcontractors and suppliers to gather current information and obtain competitive quotes, ensuring the best outcomes for the company.
- Assist in the successful mobilisation of new contracts to improve our service offerings by efficiently placing orders with suppliers and subcontractors based on changing business needs.
- De-mobilise contracts that are no longer active, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Conduct thorough reviews and accurately input asset information into each purchase order to provide clarity to our subcontractors.
- Strategically schedule and adjust labour and subcontractor resources to effectively address both planned and unplanned workloads, optimizing operational efficiency.
- Provide flexible support to team members during holidays and absences, fostering teamwork and resilience.
- Prioritize a range of tasks, ensuring urgent purchase orders are handled promptly while maintaining comprehensive subcontractor trackers.
