Mobilisation Co-ordinator

Job Title: Mobilisation Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 40
Location: The Training Academy, Mitie TSOC, Atlas Business Park, Atlas House, Simonsway , Wythenshawe, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England, M22 5PR

We are seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team, responsible for supporting the setup of new contracts, demobilisations, and ongoing work within Maximo. Reporting to the Model Office Manager, the role requires close collaboration with various teams, including the Data Team, Asset Care Team, and administration teams, to ensure that all relevant information is accurately loaded into the system and aligned with contractual requirements. The Mobilisation Coordinator will also work with account teams to identify and update any contractual changes in Maximo, ensuring that processes align with these requirements.

Key responsibilities for this role include attending weekly mobilisation and demobilisation calls, participating in client meetings to discuss system requirements, and updating weekly reporting packs. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing Maximo and Click for new contracts, collaborating with the TSOC teams to identify opportunities to adjust the system based on contractual needs, and providing ad hoc system/process training to ensure best practice compliance. The coordinator will also undertake additional duties as required to support the daily operation of new and existing contracts.

The ideal candidate will have experience using CRM systems, preferably Maximo, and while experience in a facilities management (FM) environment is desirable, it is not essential. Strong administrative and organisational skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, are essential for success in this role. A polite and confident telephone manner, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to working under pressure are key attributes. The role requires a team player who can work independently or collaboratively, with strong IT literacy, particularly in Excel, and an ability to prioritise tasks and manage change effectively. The ideal candidate will also have attention to detail and be comfortable working to tight deadlines.

This role is based within Mitie, and the successful candidate will be expected to uphold the company's values and behaviours, which focus on treating people with respect, fostering teamwork, and ensuring safety in all aspects of the role. The values include being trustworthy, helpful, inspiring, spirited, and pioneering. These values drive the company's commitment to delivering excellent service, supporting personal development, and embracing fresh thinking and innovation. As part of this, the Mobilisation Coordinator will work in line with Mitie's health and safety policies, using work equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) properly, reporting any deficiencies in systems or equipment that may risk service delivery or safety, and ensuring compliance with training and procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to play a vital role in supporting the mobilisation of new contracts and contributing to the successful ongoing operation of existing contracts.
