Mobilisation Coordinator

The Role

Seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day Logistics and Mobilisation requirements for our Asset Services division.

This is a permanent role on an 8/6 roster based out of our offices in Wangara, Working from home (WFH) is available for weekend rostered days on.

We are seeking someone who will provide a high level of service to our current and future clients as well as to our management and other staff members.

 
Duties and Responsibilities

Booking flights and accommodation and mobilisation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites. Schedule and coordinate shutdowns personnel via company database. Client liaison and engagement. Managing client invoices, timesheets and reconciliation against the relevant job. Ordering and distribution of PPE. Booking inductions and training specific to each role/site and in line with client and SRG Global requirements. Assisting with the management of all employee training records. Carrying out purchasing functions as required. Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements. Ongoing review of all systems and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to all SRG Global Management Systems and Legislative Requirements. To give the highest level of service possible to all our clients.

Essential and Desirable Skills

Proven experience in a similar role (must have) Proficient in rostering and scheduling software (e.g. Rapid Crew) Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel processing skills Current C’ Class Drivers License
