We provide significant heavy lift and transport capability based on an owned-and-operated heavy crane fleet and specialist equipment. Supported by a specialist team in the heavy lift department, we can engineer, plan and execute large scale lifting and transport projects in Australia. Due to exponential growth, we are seeking a motivated and positive Team Lead / Senior Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team in the Vic Park office.

Work closely with the heavy lift operations and your team to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to our employeeLead and mentor team membersMonitor progress, address challenges, and provide timely updates to senior leadershipCollaborate with other team members to deliver appropriate staffing levels within a dynamic environmentRe-scheduling and adapting rostering changes, ensuring communication of changes to site and operational teamWorking with very high volumes of mobilisation of workforce employees within a fast turnaround timeframeProvide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholdersPreparing and maintaining accurate information and correspondenceReporting to effectively manage complianceWhat you’ll bring:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobilisation, project coordination, or related rolesProven leadership experience and the ability to manage cross-functional teamsMust be a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to changeCapable to develop and maintain professional interpersonal skills with all personnel and stakeholdersLiaise with clients and internal teams to ensure training, inductions, and competencies are up to date prior to mobilisationTime management skills and your flexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesHigh organisational skills to coordinate mobilisation requirementsExcellent communication, problem-solving skills, organisational, and a team focused mentalityEnsure compliance with site-specific requirements for Fortescue, BHP, Woodside, and Rio TintoAdvanced computer skills, particularly with the use of the Microsoft Office suiteLife at Monadelphous
