Mobility Engineering Professional

Position Overview:

The selected candidate will be responsible for engineering solutions in the Workspace One environment at Freddie Mac. The selected candidate will be expected to collaborate across technical teams and work with business partners to ensure business objectives are met.

Our Impact:Our team is responsible for supporting the hardware, software, and optimization of the mobile cloud environment and its related mobile devices.The group suggests adjustments and new system designs for future needs with a key focus on end-user experience.

Your Impact:Hands-on experience with configuring and administering MacOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer systems.Support our working knowledge of security best practices relating to MDM, and devices.Complement our ability to support our large deployments and document processes and procedures.Partner with other groups for Desktop and Application Virtualization.Support migrations and ongoing projects relating to MDM.Provide technical assistance and perform special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of relevant work experience with MAM/MDM environments, preferably Workspace One.4+ years systems engineering experience in large Enterprises.MacOS workstation experience in the Enterprise, to include configuration, device management and settings to comply with organizational policies.Strong background providing user supportAbility to transform business requirements to infrastructure requirementsExcellent organizational skills and strong coordination and communication skills to work with representatives across various business units.

Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Great customer service and interpersonal skills.Relationship builder inside and outside of the Mobility group.Must be flexible, dependable, and capable of multitasking and quickly learning new products and technologies.Understanding of desktop packaging, distribution and provisioning technologies particularly with MacOS devices.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $95,000 - $143,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
