About the role

 

Work Location      :  1Powerhouse, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.  
Reporting To        :   Mobility Senior Specialist - APMEA & Europe

 

Key responsibilities

 

Maintain accurate and compliant employee data in MySuccess and HR systems, adhering to GDPR, legal requirements, and Kerry standards. Address Tier 1 Rewards-related inquiries via ServiceNow, ensuring efficient triaging and resolution. Initiate employee relocations in Assignment Pro, coordinating with managers to kickstart the process seamlessly. Oversee relocation cases from start to finish, engaging with assignees, managers, HR teams, vendors, and Tier 2 agents to ensure smooth transitions. Regularly audit HR system data to uphold accuracy and reliability. Provide expert guidance on Global Mobility matters, escalating complex issues and collaborating with HR and managers for resolutions. Reconcile vendor billing, process purchase orders, and investigate discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy. Manage immigration tasks for expatriates, including work visa applications and renewals. Support critical processes like pay planning and MIP for Long-Term Assignees, ensuring smooth execution. Create ad hoc reports and analyses to meet organizational needs and enable informed decisions. Contribute to the design and implementation of new Global Mobility programs and support major initiatives like acquisitions and system upgrades. Continuously improve processes by identifying efficiencies, updating procedures, and refining workflows. Take on additional responsibilities to support the evolving needs of the business.

 

Qualifications and skills

 

•    Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience in a Service Center, ideally with exposure to Global Mobility operations.
•    Familiarity with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Assignment Pro is highly desirable.
•    Strong understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
