Role description:
The Mobility Lead for Ireland will develop and lead the implementation of a sustainable growth strategy for Mobility in Ireland. This will involve leading and managing market-facing programmes, client relationships and business development and programme delivery activities across the Rail and Highways & Aviation sectors in Ireland.
Role accountabilities:
Develop and implement the Mobility UK&I strategy in Ireland in line with the current 3-year growth ambition and annual business plan process Create a long-term Growth Strategy for Mobility in Ireland building on existing client relationships and creating new routes to market with targeted clients Deliver financial targets for Mobility in Ireland. Including: Net Revenue, Net Order Intake, Days Receivable Outstanding and Margin/EBITA Deliver non-financial targets for Mobility in Ireland. Including: Client Experience (CX and NPS scores) and Workforce Diversity. Develop a CX Schedule for Mobility in Ireland Create an accurate Visible and Guaranteed Net Revenue pipeline commensurate with the Growth Strategy for Mobility in Ireland and aligned to Key & Emerging Client Account Plans and profitability metrics Identify Strategic Pursuits and new routes to market in Ireland in collaboration with the Mobility UK&I Growth Team. Act as Pursuit Director for major opportunities Act as Account and/or Framework Director for Key and Emerging Accounts and major Frameworks. Undertake senior delivery role commensurate with agreed Billability Target Lead client relationships with Key and Emerging Clients and provide value-adding strategic advice and trusted technical assurance in collaboration with colleagues Create deep market insight of the Irish mobility market to identify trends and opportunities for Arcadis Create impactful thought leadership and identify key market facing networking events and conferences to showcase Arcadis in Ireland and build brand Manage the Ireland sector pipeline, ensuring client development investment is well-targeted; and keep pipeline data comprehensive and accurate to inform business planning.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Relevant professional qualification or chartered status Growth mindset Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and build trusted relationships and partnerships Deep understanding of the Irish Mobility Market Excellent communication and presentational skills Ability to create and lead impactful workshops, roundtable, and engagement events Established relationships with relevant client organisations and industry bodies Proven ability to create impactful growth strategies and plans and deliver financial and non-financial results Business acumen and ability to advise and influence key decision makers Ability to lead, coach and inspire others to succeed Commitment to creating an inclusive environment where people feel they belong and can thriveWhy Arcadis?
