Job DescriptionCT製品の商談発掘からクロージングに至るまで、ISSと連携して顧客との強固なビジネス関係を構築する詳細な製品知識とその顧客アウトカムである臨床的・経済的ベネフィット、製品ポジショニング、バリュープロポジション、ソリューション情報を有し、それらを使ってプレゼンテーション等での効果的な差別化を行うチーム全体の知識力向上のために、その知識やスキルをタイムリーにチームメンバーにシェアするセールスプロセス上の早期ステージを含む各ステージにおいて、ISS/BSL/ZLと連携し、ジョブ全体のストーリーを理解した上で、ジョブ戦略を検討、次のアクションを提言し実行する現場の放科Dr, 臨床科Dr、放射線技師、CXO、事務との関係構築を行い、重要な決定権者の特定、そのニーズを探り、他社との差別化を含めた提案をする担当製品、ソリューション戦略、その他提供物に関して、競合他社の動き、市場の動き等に応じて、ISSに対し適切なトレーニングを実施する現場や競合のデータから市場トレンドを分析しエリアでの戦略を策定、ISS/BSL/ALを巻き込んで実行に移すと共に、常にその振り返りを行い、次のアクションに繋げるISS/BSL/ALと連携して、担当ブロック、製品においてのKOLとのネットワークを構築するプロダクトマーケティングやフィールドマーケティングとともに、効果的なセールスツールの作成やその使用、セミナーを通して、市場でNPIのインパクトを最大化する医療系学会、技術大会にて会社を代表し、製品・ソリューション、会社を宣伝する常に顧客の臨床的ニーズを模索し、One GEHCとして横断的に社内メンバーと協力しCare Pathwayに沿った顧客へのソリューション提供を行う

・Required Qualifications

・CTモダリティーに関しての専門知識を有し、診療放射線技師の経験、あるいはCT営業技術またはCT営業としての経験が3年程度以上あること

・戦略的な取引、交渉を含めた営業等の経験があること

・Sales等のプロセスにおける問題解決の過程において、外部および組織チームメンバーをつないだ経験があること

・複雑な問題の本質を把握し、ポイントをシンプルに伝えられるコミュニケーション能力があること

・担当地域内を出張が可能であること

・業務上の自動車運転が可能であること
