Modality Sales Specialist, Imaging (CT, MR and DXR)

In this role, you have the opportunity to provide support and manage all aspects of Clinical Education, Business Growth, Marketing and Strategic representations of the Imaging (CT, MR and DXR) modalities within Philippines. Together with the Clinical Applications Specialists and Service Engineers, the Imaging modality sales specialist is accountable and responsible for ensuring a good brand experience in the market and to continue to drive and grow the business in the region.

This person will directly report to the Business Leader for Imaging ASEAN who is based in Singapore.

You are responsible for:

Defining and controlling the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by the BU in the region, according to established guidelines.Knowledge expertise on our products and supporting the sales team & channel partners in driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality across the accounts.Participating in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by the BU in the region, according to established guidelinesWorking together with sales team, Sales Specialist informs and recommend customers the latest technological innovations developed and its associated configurations, including the possible upgrades of the installed base, attending the complaints and inquiries made, in order to obtain a higher level of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieve the sales targets.Assisting sales team with customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition. Understand and address competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective product / modality, and supports where needed in identification of the tender strategy and quotationSupporting the Account managers and District Managers in achievement of business goals including balanced selling and BG/BIU AOP attainment and validating product forecasts.Partnering with Marketing to with input on sales tools, pricing issues and competitive threats which enable Marketing to best support the Specialists and provide input to the BG/BIUPreparing and delivers accurate business forecasting on a monthly via accurate lead and opportunity managementMonitoring competition and changes in the industry and providing effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings. Drives continuous improvements via LEAN

 To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Radiology Technology or the equivalentAt least 3 - 5 years of experience in product management and marketing in the medical industry preferredAt least 3 – 5 years experiences in radiography/clinical field or experience working as Radiology Technologist for CT/ MRI are requiredGood presentation, communication and follow up skillsStrategic business acumen and strong customer focus;Highly Motivated with Strong Negotiation skillsStrong understanding of the market and should be autonomousProven ability to work effectively within a team-selling environment
