Our engineers manage their own schedules, reap the fruit of their labor through performance-based incentives, and enjoy a healthy work / life balance, with full time remote telework.* Key Responsibilities: Apply systems engineering processes, methods, and tools across the system lifecycle, from concept to deployment. Design and model software architectures using SysML and UML. Work with modeling tools like Cameo Systems Modeler or equivalent platforms. Develop and integrate software solutions using Java and Python within an Agile software development environment. Extend and integrate software applications through API integrations to enhance system capabilities. Support co-simulation and integrated modeling and simulation as part of model-centric test executions. Qualifications BS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5, PhD 0-2 Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise in Java and Python. 5+ years of experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), including proficiency in SysML and UML. Experience working independently and collaborating within development teams. Preferred Experience: Experience in defense systems and software development. Familiarity with AI/MLOps workflows and related tools. Understanding of cloud-based software architectures, database architectures, server-client architectures, and data-sharing protocols. Familiarity with software testing frameworks, automation tools, and digital engineering ecosystems. Knowledge of SysML V2. Equal Pay Act This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
