Your greatest work is ahead!

The Navy-Marine Corps Business Area is looking for a Modeling & Simulations SME to oversee Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) test and evaluation. Based on four major phases (Planning, Execution, Analysis, and Reporting (PEAR)) to ensure comprehensive, repeatable, and rigorous testing. This approach is augmented through the application of statistical methodologies, e.g., Design of Experiments (DoE), test automation, and the application of mission-based testing in an operational representative employment of systems within MCTSSA’s Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) based test environment to inform acquisition decisions and make the Fleet Marine Force (FMF) more capable.

The Modeling and Simulation SME is expected to develop a deep understanding in supporting Marine Corps Program Managers and the FMF in supporting all system(s) testing, engineering, and experimentation. This position will report to the Test Director.
