Growth Strategy & Development

Develop, execute, and oversee business strategies which will deliver growth and profit. Oversee enablers such as partner agencies, execution tools, reports and process digitization, servicing, and cabinets, and ensure are working within the expected capability and meet service levels/KPIs. Craft Key Performance Indicators, targets, and incentive schemes Oversee Modern Trade investments and check investment appropriation. Leads weekly governance for Modern Trade Leadership Team and monthly for total modern trade. 

Business Operations Continuous Improvement

Understand underlying execution pain points and develop solutions. Lead for Modern Trade in stakeholder engagements for technology and process governance and revamp.

Qualifications
