What you’ll do:
Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio to meet business needs. Develop technical value propositions which address customer needs and positively differentiate Avanade.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for the deployment and integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Conduct assessments and create roadmaps for the adoption of modern work solutions, lead workshops and training sessions to educate teams on the capabilities and benefits of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
Work with the Business Developers and Account Leaders as a technical expert and architect to contribute to the development and execution of solution selling strategies and account plans.
Build technical relationships with customer IT, mapping customer business and technology challenges into Avanade solutions
Lead direction on scope, approach, and estimation for technical aspects of proposal development activities and support the negotiation and contracting process through balancing scope, resources, and milestone requirements
Skills and experiences:
Profound knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its integration with other Microsoft 365 services and Azure Open AI. Experience designing solutions from a technical architecture perspective.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop comprehensive solutions. Experience in the technical presales of solutions and developing client proposals.
Experience in leading projects, mentoring team members, and driving technology adoption. A proactive mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
Highly customer-focused with commercial sensitivity. Able to develop customer relationships. Commitment to understanding client needs, develop business in some accounts and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
