Modern Workplace Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the technical expert and architect for Microsoft 365 solutions during the sales process.
+ Serve as the technical expert and architect for Microsoft Teams Voice, Zoom, Cisco Webex, solutions during the sales process.
+ Serve as an industry expert on agentless services desk, global field services, and various avenues of digital remote support.
+ Familiartiy with XLA, Digital Employee Experience (DEX)
+ Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
+ Conduct in-depth technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Digital Workplace.
+ Design and propose comprehensive digital workplace architectures, including call flows, integration points, and migration strategies.
+ Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the sales cycle, from initial consultation to post-sales implementation.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their solution needs.
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in related technologies.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and solution templates.
+ Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our voice solutions and engage with potential clients.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
+ Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Teams Voice.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams Voice, including Direct Routing, Phone System, Calling Plans, and related technologies.
+ Strong understanding of voice networking concepts, SIP, PSTN, SBCs, and VoIP.
+ Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft 365.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID, Nexthink, Avepoint, Nerdio or similar, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Various Chatbot and Voice AI tools.
+ Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, identity and access management, and security best practices.
+ Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
+ Demonstrated ability to design and architect scalable and reliable voice solutions.
+ Experience with customer-facing roles, providing technical consultation and support.
+ Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert, are highly desirable.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
