We are looking for a Modernization Sales Consultant to help meet business goals.

Permanent role

Based in Petaling Jaya

Reports to the Director, Modernization Sales, Malaysia & Brunei

Your key responsibilities:

Handle all modernization sales enquiries from Consultants, Architects, Management Company, Owners etc.

Preparation of estimates, quotes, bids and tenders and other selling and marketing activities related to existing buildings modernization sales.

Ensure all submissions are in accordance to Otis policy, code of ethics and ISO 9000 standards.

Formulate and develop sales strategies to achieve Company's targets and objectives.

Ability to negotiate, conduct presentation and establish good relationship with higher level of key position in customer organization.

Compile monthly and yearly sales and negotiation status reports to HOD.

Assist the Modernization Sales Department in formulating market objectives, strategies and annual plan.

Conduct site survey and attend site coordination and meetings as and when necessary to ensure performance objectives are realised.

To manage and handle all enquiries arising from assigned territories or as given tasks.

Responsible for the safety and protection of ownself, subordinates and the environment.

To perform in any other responsibilities as required and requested by HOD.

What you will need to be successful:

Diploma or Degree in business management or any related field.

Minimum 3 years sales and marketing experience.

Computer literate with good writing skills.

Possess good presentation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently.

Candidates from Banking/Hospitality/Pharmaceutical industry in sales roles are encouraged to apply
