Job Description:At Regions, the Modernization and Transformation Partner is a key planning and execution partner in the enterprise modernization and transformation initiative.
Primary Responsibilities
Contributes to the overall roadmap and execution plan for the enterprise modernization and transformation strategyProvides advanced technical guidance and aligns company objectives with development plansDevelops, maintains, and provides both recurring and ad hoc reporting and analyses for various executive forumsPartners across multiple areas within the Transformation Office and the enterprise to drive key resultsEmbeds a continuous improvement philosophy and methodology that frequently assesses people, process, and technologyCollaborates with leadership at all levels to gain consensus on significant decisions related to key strategic initiativesMay contribute to the development of strategic approaches to enterprise-level initiative prioritizationMay contribute to the identification, evaluation, and development of new processes, tools, and analytics that support Regions’ modernization and transformation effortsMay lead a team of associates designated to the to the modernization and transformation initiativeThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related fieldTen (10) years of related banking work experiencePreferences

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
