Perform Failure Analysis and Task Tracking

Conduct rework using re-baller or solder stationImplement basic benchtop electrical analysisPerform failure verification using specified test equipmentInterpret system-level/ATE fail informationExport data from fail history databasesUnderstand backend test historiesIsolate failure typesIdentify if any failures are consistent/intermittentLog failing data - failing pins, leakage and IDD values, fail locations (bitmap), failing test registers, etc.Log fuse IDTrack information into the database

Respond to Equipment Issues

Understand test software and hardware configurationsPerform high-level debug of software problemsPerform troubleshoot on hardware issuesWork with appropriate engineering teams to resolve equipment issuesConfigure and upgrade test equipment

Perform Engineering Requests and Supplemental Tasks

Work with engineers to understand special test requirementsComplete requests and track resultsSummarize test results and provide recommendations to requesting engineers

Responsible to Handle Failure Analysis Information

Analyze and summarize FA dataProvide passdown of ongoing FADocument failure analysis and test results

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering Mechanical, E&E, Mechatronic or with 2 years equivalent experience.Have good communication skill.Candidate with Failure Analysis (FA) experience/skills are highly encouraged to apply.
