Ensuring Chart’s Success…

Open Interviews held Tuesday each week. Please arrive between 1pm-3pm. This is a manufacturing setting where customers visit. You must be dressed in long pants, closed toed shoes and have on a shirt with sleeves. If you do not meet these requirements, you will be turned away and asked to come back the following week in the required attire.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operates any one of various machines in order to perform a certain process to the material Sets up and operates a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashion Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery Performs a variety of complicated tasks

REQUIREMENTS - MUST BE ABLE TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

Knowledge of a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Ability to work under general supervision Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment Ability to complete formal training in area of specialty Ability to handle all 9 mold stations Wide degree of creativity and latitude Your Education Should Be…

High School Education or GED preferred
