This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job Description Spare Parts Manufacturing: Lead and collaborate with the Tool shop and Molding teams to ensure timely and high-quality production of new insert spare parts. Summarize and evaluate the technicians' competency, capture lessons learned, and manage Process Quality Improvement (PQI) initiatives for continuous enhancement.Cost Monitoring: Lead and monitor expenses and consumables, identify cost-saving opportunities, and serve as project group leader to follow up and monitor projects aimed at achieving BP plan targets.Competency improvement: Organize training sessions for tool making technicians and assess their skill matrix according to the planned Competency Roadmap.Shop floor management: Lead 14Q activities, Safety and LPC line walk.Quality improvement: Lead the team on technical best practice and establish quality standard for mold tool repair and new spare parts manufacturing such as Process analysis, Process flow, PQI.Lead internal and external audits, ensuring the establishment of a schedule in compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 and the System CIP

Qualifications

⁠Educational Background: 

Bachelor's degree in business administration / industrial engineering / mechanical engineering / Mold & Die engineer or a related field.

Qualifications:

Good communication skills in English (preferred).Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in precision machining, tool repair, spare parts manufacturing, or related fields.Strong leadership and team coordination skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to work cross-functionally and drive process improvements.Experience in the automotive or high-precision manufacturing industry.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principlesKnowledge for precision machining process EDM, HSM, Wire cut, Grinding, Laser weldingKnowledge new insert spare part makingKnowledge mold tool repair processKnowledge material of engineering, Mold standard part Knowledge Jig & fixture making processKnowledge for ISO 45001,ISO14001 IATF 16949
