Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 to $24.00 /hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 04:00pm to 02:00am)Responsible for independent operation, set up, material changeover, and tool changeover on molding machines, being responsible for 3 or more at a time.Responsible for independent operation, set up, and changeover of all supporting molding machine equipment.Monitors and analyzes equipment performance and take actions to optimize mechanical and other operations Troubleshoots, services, and maintains equipment, machines, fixtures, and tools.Performs quality inspection of molded components according to quality standards.Molding Machine Operator Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.3 years of practical experience in molding machine operation.Working knowledge of PLC and industrial automation programming practices is preferred.Ability to read and comprehend English written assembly prints and production documents.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
