Job Description
We are seeking three experienced Molding Machine Operators to join our team in a fast-paced food production facility. This role requires operating, troubleshooting, and inspecting molding machines to ensure quality production. Candidates must be comfortable working in warm environments and documenting machine outputs.
ResponsibilitiesOperate molding machines and ensure they are running efficiently.Monitor machine weights and operational status using computer systems.Document production outputs either on paper or using a computer.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the machines.Inspect machines before, during, and after operation to ensure quality.Clean designated areas and maintain a tidy workspace.Take samples of chocolate for quality testing.Essential SkillsAt least 2-3 years of machine operating experience.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Basic troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in production, manufacturing, preventive maintenance, inspection, and plant operation.Mechanical aptitude and assembly skills.Experience operating machines in an industrial setting, preferably in food manufacturing.Proficient in computer operation for monitoring and documenting machine performance.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role requires wearing steel-toed shoes and working in a food production facility with warm temperatures, louder-than-average noise levels, and the need to wear hairnets, beard nets, ear plugs, and gloves. Shifts are as follows: 1st shift (5:30 AM - 2:00 PM), 2nd shift (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM), and 3rd shift (9:30 PM - 6:00 AM), with differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The schedule includes rotating days off, with at least two weekends per month required. Candidates must be open to working all days of the week and expect 5-10 hours of overtime per week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00
