Performs molding machine operations, inspects the molded components visually, and performs repetitive tasks to produce and assemble the components.

Job Requirements Performing periodic quality inspections and tests to evaluate the condition of different machine parts; sharing critical feedback with engineers and supervisors. Weighing the components, packaging them, making and preparing different types of boxes for them, and verifying the specifications of the components. Driving initiatives for increased plant productivity, material saving, and cost reduction, increasing the plant's overall efficiency. Maintaining a clean, safe, organized shop environment, ensuring compliance with standard environmental health and safety policies and procedures. What your background should look like

Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school or equivalent is usually required.
