Your Role

In your daily job you will:

Responsible for all process issues in manufacturing;Take leading of process analysis and improvement activities to solve FTQ issues;Prepare working instruction and process card for new production;Work with equipment engineer to ensure smooth production running;Process card release, modification and verification;Process analysis with tool;Machine equipment suggestion with tool debugging;Support quality complaint tool improvement; Support tool modify to fit various separator machines;CT (cycle time) improvement; CT compliance monitor;Tool transfer between different machine and PPAP arrangement;Run up and debug tool after TQD and PPAP.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering & automation control is preferred;Over 3 years related working experiences;Good communication & written skills in English;Have basic knowledge of plastic material & Molding injection process;Good at problem solving skill and data analysis.
