What You'll Do Perform lab tests (nucleic acid isolation, PCR, NGS, and more) using automated and manual methods. Conduct tasks like extractions, library prep, reagent prep, and data analysis. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot cutting-edge equipment (e.g., KingFisher, MiSeq). Ensure quality through adherence to SOPs, safety protocols, and Good Documentation Practices. Contribute to process improvements and train lab assistants and other team members. What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. Proficiency in lab techniques (micropipetting, dilutions, and safety protocols). Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Familiarity with lab information systems and regulatory standards (CAP, CLIA, FDA). Preferred Qualifications ASCP, AMT, AAB, or equivalent certification. Hands-on experience with molecular biology, microbiology, or genetics in a clinical lab.
