Work with cross-functional groups on an array of scientific projects. + **Molecular Scientist at** a global leader of clinical research, seeks a **Molecular Scientist** to support **assay development, validation, and execution** for clinical trials. + This role involves **next-generation sequencing (NGS), PCR-based assays, and molecular techniques** to drive innovative research in oncology and rare diseases. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement **NGS, PCR, and other molecular assays** for translational research + Design, execute, and analyze experiments, ensuring high-quality outputs + Train and mentor junior staff in molecular techniques and data analysis + Troubleshoot and improve lab processes, SOPs, and emerging techniques + Collaborate with internal teams and external clients, supporting presentations and reports + Ensure compliance with quality standards (GLP, ISO, CAP, CLIA) **Qualifications:** + **Master’s degree** in Biology, Chemistry, or Life Sciences (PhD preferred) + **5+ years of lab experience** in molecular biology, genomics, or bioinformatics + Expertise in **NGS workflows, qPCR, ddPCR, DNA/RNA extractions** (preferred) + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional extended hours **Why Join Us?** We’re advancing life-changing treatments globally.
