This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting the US Federal Government. This program supports the agency’s EDGAR Financial Management System (EFMS), a Momentum based application. Your future duties and responsibilities:• CGI Federal has an immediate need for an ERP Business Analysts to support the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) along with incorporating enhancements into the EFMS/Momentum ERP financial system.
• Will support external customers with analyzing current business processes/reports, developing requirements, developing and testing solutions to client issues, and supporting end users with Momentum and/or reporting functionality.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, potentially with client stakeholders.
• Conduct analysis on problems independently, research and recommend solutions and execute resolution steps to address client issues.
• Provide functional support for testing such as developing test scenarios and documentation and performing validation testing for the EFMS/Momentum application and/or reports.
• Provide functional support for new initiative implementation activities, such as requirements analysis, development of design and configuration documentation
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years Momentum experience.
• Momentum experience and functional knowledge in Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Project Cost Accounting (PCAS), and Accounts Payable.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior-level management and clients.
• An outstanding ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic, the successful candidate will be a team player who is proactive.
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
• Hands-on experience in Offer Verifications, Pentaho, BIRT reports, batch job processing, Inbox Task Administration and Workflow.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,700.00 - $154,300.00.
