Job Requirements

3 - 6 years of experience in MongoDB or Couchbase DBAMin 2 years of strong experience as a BigData NoSQL DBA on Linux (Cassandra and/or Openstack-Swift or MongoDB or CouchBase or Hbase/Hadoop)Min 3 years of strong experience in administering any databases (RDBMS or Hadoop or NoSQL)Strong understanding of BigData/Distributed Database concepts, NoSQL schema modelling, etc.Demonstrated experience with any NoSQL database implementation/administration, performance tuning, etc.Strong experience in BigData/NoSQL high availability & scalability (replication setup & cluster)Proven experience in managing medium to large sized production clusters/databases (complex OLTP and/or data warehouse)Good experience on linux shell scriptingAble to work under pressure and multi-tasking capabilitiesOpen to work in a multiple DB environment where major databases are Cassandra, Couchbase, Openstack Swift, etc.Exposure to telecom domain is a plus but not mandatoryGood team player with strong analytical, communication skills Pro-active, dedicated, committed and responsible
