Detailed Job Description:

3+ years of experience with MongoDB.  5+ years of overall experience with at RDBMSs such as SQL Server, MySQL or PostgreSQL.  Solid understanding about various types of NoSQL databases, their pros and cons, design patterns.  Should have worked with real time applications using MongoDB.  Should have in-depth and hands-on experience on MongoDB queries and design patterns including the latest features of MongoDB.  Proven hands-on experience with troubleshooting performance bottlenecks, volume data loads, optimizing MongoDB queries a key skill requirement.  Should have worked with application development teams on handling real time performance problems, integration challenges and deployment issues.  Should have worked with at least one application where data migration was performed between RDBMS to NoSQL.  Any data modeling experience with MongoDB would be an added plus.  Ability to perform common database tasks such as deciphering a functional logic by going through the SQL queries/Pl-SQL code, schema objects for one or more databases. Identify common database objects, reusable code and propose a conceptual/logical model in MongoDB.
