We have an outstanding Contract position for a Monitor Recovery Rep to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Answer inbound and make outbound calls. Understand and follow through with patient inquiries, requests, or complaints. Offer knowledgeable, efficient, and cheerful service).
Responsibilities:Provide responsive and reliable customer service. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments as needed.Perform audits to recover company equipment.Understand and follow through with the process of patient inquiries, requests, and or complaints.Supply knowledgeable, efficient, and cheerful service.Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
Basic Hiring Criteria:High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
