Responsibilities:
-Hiring and Fire ??? the ability to hire and terminate employment will reside within this position. As employees leave via termination or other opportunities, the Supervisor will use either NetRecruiter or a third-party labor company to fill the staffing needs of the monitoring room ... -Scheduling ??? using the Netchex system to create and maintain proper scheduling in the monitoring department will be the responsibility of the Supervisor. Proper staffing while trying to reduce overtime will be the importance of scheduling.
-Training ??? together with the Manager a training program will be installed and maintained. The training will be selected and scheduled in advance and can be taught solo or with the Manager. As technology changes we will stay ahead of the curve to make sure our employees are best prepared to keep a watchful eye on the customers??? property. Additional training regarding HR issues will be conducted by the Administration.
-Evaluations ??? will be done on a semi-annual basis for MACs and monitors. The key will
be to hold the employees accountable while pointing out areas they can improve along with suggestions on how they can improve. Remedial training might be necessary as a corrective action. Employees or temp employees will receive evaluations at the 30-, 60-, and 90-day mark to see where they can improve or where they exceed expectations.
-Discipline ??? will be an integral part of the Supervisor???s duties. This discipline can range from a documented verbal, written warning, write up, being sent home, suspension, and termination.
-Reports ??? while working with the Lead, report critique and approval will be a duty of the Supervisor. No matter the MAC doing the report, the layout and appearance needs to be systematic and done the same way each and every time. If reports are not up to standard, then the MAC will need to correct them and have them re-evaluated. Once a report has been submitted either the Supervisor or Lead will then send the reports to customer or any outside sales representatives.
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)

-Milestone XProtect ??? this is our VMS software and the Supervisor will be very
familiar with both the desktop and mobile versions.
-Milestone Management Client ??? this is the management portion of the VMS software.
-Adobe ??? pdf editor and creator will be an essential portion of the job as we are in a
digital world.
-HTML scripting ??? this is a simple fill in the blanks and is used to update the info
panels in Milestone.
-Netchex ??? this is our scheduling, payroll, recruiting, HR, and onboarding program in
a comprehensive unit.
