Key Responsibilities:

Leadership capacity in B, M&E developed, especially with M&E Team LeadersLead data presentation including trend and progress analysis of the portfolio during portfolio meetings and PRC meetings as required.Portfolio team /officers report having clear direction and are able to implement project/programmes via LEAP processes.Number of coaching/team meetings held with portfolio team members each quarter to ensure ITT/output tables tracking is consistent across locationsQuality baseline, monitoring and evaluation products for projects funded completed and submitted to WVPNG PQ to in a timely manner.Evidence of support for, M&E Plans (and refinement of these plans) within country specific Technical Programme designs.Number of staff/partners/community beneficiaries attending M&E capacity building events each fiscal yearEvidence of increased M&&E competency throughout WVPNGReport writing refresher training provided to Project teams at semi and annual reporting stages (dependent on various donors respectively).Ensure close collaboration with project team hence reporting datelines are maintained and reported on time per subgrant agreements.Number of consultations to reflect and refine M&E practice held with project teams and technical coordinators.Number of initiatives/events where the M&E Unit has collaborated with Integrated Programme teams.Number of learning/reflection events held to improve M&E implementation in WVPNG.Number of documented reflections shared with national and Partnership audiences each FYNumber of forums attended where WVPNG has made a significant contribution to the understanding of best practice baseline, M&E process.Percentage of quarterly, semi-annual and annual programme management reports reviewed and submitted on time to support office and finalized document and shared with donor# of Progress Report Quality and Findings Reviews produced each Fiscal Year

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEDegree in Mathematics, Social Work, International or Community Development or similar (preferred)At least a year experience in an M&E role (required)Experience in working for an INGODemonstrate good leadership qualitiesAble to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders alikeAbility to work in a team with little supervision requiredProven track record in working with various stakeholders including governmentTeam playerComputer Proficiency especially Microsoft OfficeAbility to work cross-culturallyAbility to work independentlyDemonstrate commitment to World Vision Core values and philosophy and the capacity to engage with the broader community in living these values.
