The Monogram Installation Specialist – Center of Excellence is responsible for managing and delivering world-class training for trade partners on the installation of Monogram’s luxury appliances. This role oversees a dedicated training center, ensuring a hands-on learning environment that meets Monogram’s high installation standards. The Specialist will conduct in-depth training sessions, provide real-time feedback, certify installers, and manage recertification to ensure ongoing compliance with Monogram’s evolving product standards. Additionally, this role will provide expert-level support for installation inquiries via phone, email, and a ticketing system.

**How You'll Create Possibilities**
**Key Responsibilities:**
**1. Lead Installation Training at the Monogram Installation Center of Excellence (50%)**
+ Organize and conduct both classroom and hands-on training sessions for third-party installers and key customer installation teams.
+ Maintain detailed records of training participation, certification status, and recertification requirements.
+ Continuously evaluate and refine training programs to improve effectiveness and alignment with Monogram’s product innovations.
**2. Provide Expert Installation Support (30%)**
+ Serve as the subject matter expert for installation inquiries via phone, email, and the support ticket system, assisting dealers, consumers, designers, and service technicians.
+ Utilize all available resources to provide timely and accurate resolutions to installation-related questions.
+ Act as the installation expert for the Monogram field sales team, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to address customer concerns.
**3. Develop & Deliver Live Field Installation Training (10%)**
+ Collaborate with the National Installation Program Manager and Installation Support Specialists to develop and deliver live field training sessions on both existing and new product introductions (NPI).
+ Leverage subject matter expertise to assist in the creation of technical training programs, ensuring instructional materials are accurate and effective.
+ Facilitate hands-on training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, using proven adult learning methodologies to enhance knowledge retention.
**4. Partner with Product Teams to Improve Installation Documentation (10%)**
+ Work closely with Monogram product teams to develop, review, and refine installation specifications and guides.
+ Provide detailed feedback on product ease-of-installation and specification clarity to enhance installer success.
+ Report and analyze installation-related product issues to drive root cause resolution and continuous quality improvements.
**What You'll Bring to Our Team**
**Qualifications & Requirements**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum of three years of experience in appliance service or installation.
+ Expertise in appliance installation and technical training within the appliance industry or manufacturing.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives and collaborate across teams.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train, mentor, and engage with stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and web-based applications.
+ Ability to lift 70+ pounds to move appliances and accessories for training purposes.
+ Willingness to travel (45-60% domestic travel required), including air and car travel.
**Preferred:**
+ In-depth knowledge of appliance installation processes.
+ Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
+ Familiarity with curriculum design, training methodology, and adult learning principles.
+ Bilingual skills (Spanish & English) preferred.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
+ Prior experience conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions.
