Kneaders is looking for a highly motivated grill cook with a desire to learn and grow who can help us build the brand, develop others, and deliver results. Kneaders is growing quickly providing many opportunities for growth for those who excel and develop into an outstanding performer. \n

Responsibilities:\n\nPrepare all breakfast orders neatly and 100% accurately while displaying a great sense of urgency\n\n\nAssist with food preparation neatly, accurately and in a timely manner\nDemonstrate a complete understanding of menu items\nExhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude\nClean as directed while being certain that all cleaning responsibilities are fulfilled\nUnderstand and follow proper food, serving food, and clean up procedures\nMaintain a professional appearance and grooming standard\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nMust be able to work fast and accurately while working with a team\nMust be hardworking, self-motivated, dependable, and fun to work with\nMust be able to work with a sense of urgency\nMust be organized and meticulous, with a heart for hospitality and a mind to maintain an atmosphere of positive, anticipatory thinking\nAbility to smile throughout shift and have a great attitude when arriving at work\nMust be an approachable, welcoming, people person who is a team player, and must be teachable\nUnafraid to ask questions and bring up concerns to management team\nSome food\/restaurant experience is preferred, but not required \nMust be able to work during holiday season\nWilling to be flexible with work schedule if needed\nStarting pay $12.00 per hour. \n\n
