Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Spokane Valley, Washington. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a crucial role in supporting loan servicing operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate across departments and contribute to the seamless management of mortgage accounts. Responsibilities: • Manage various aspects of loan servicing, including accounts, payoffs, insurance, taxes, and account histories. • Deliver accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining exceptional service standards. • Educate borrowers about available services, payment options, and loan servicing processes. • Investigate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring thorough follow-up for resolution. • Update account details and notes in the loan servicing system with precision, including creating and uploading relevant documentation. • Address and escalate complex or sensitive borrower issues to the appropriate team or supervisor. • Work closely with internal departments such as escrow, collections, and loss mitigation to ensure efficient loan servicing. • Stay informed about loan servicing guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure compliance. Requirements • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills to effectively educate borrowers and collaborate with internal teams. • Problem-solving skills to research and resolve customer issues efficiently. • Experience in handling sensitive or complex borrower concerns with professionalism. • Capacity to adapt to changing guidelines and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.
