Hiring an experienced Purchase and Construction focused Loan Officer for The Federal Savings Bank's top retail and construction lending team based in Cleveland, OH to immediately begin lending in all 50 states (Remote Loan officers also welcome).

Requirements Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a retail loan originator or loan officerTwo or more new purchase loans per month preferred, or $15 million in annual production.Well-developed referral base, including realtors, past clients, financial planners, attorneys and/or accountants preferredCollege degree or equivalent work or military experience preferredKnowledge of real estate market in local area preferredSpanish-speaking Loan officers welcome!  We have bilingual processing operations support Working knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional and Construction loan guidelinesStrong desire to continue growing a successful sales career in residential lending
