The Mortgage Experience Associate will be responsible for supporting the Mortgage Originations team by ordering supporting documents (including translations, international credit reports etc.). This role is also responsible for direct interaction with customers, and collaborating directly with mortgage support team, loan officers, and external vendors
As our Mortgage Experience Associate you will:
Prioritize work flow to meet deadlinesServe as liaison to Mortgage Support Teams and external vendorsProactively follow up on assigned tasks to ensure completion in timely mannerManage mortgage process to ensure positive customer experience Work closely with first time homebuyers who will require extra attention to understand program options, mortgage guidelines and what to expect throughout the processInteract with the client regarding complex situations relating to third party grants, down payment assistance and closing cost coverageFor this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $58,700 and $88,100.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
