We need you to be responsible for performing administrative functions including but not limited to ordering, receiving and following-up on documentation required for the loan file.  Monitor and assist in maintaining various reports.  Schedule appointments and follow-up on documentation requests with customers on behalf of the Account Manager.  Review loan application for completion and confirm minimum standard documentation has been provided.  Order third party verifications; Credit, Encore, Ives, Flood, Appraisal, Verifications of Employment, Loan, Rental Mortgage, Deposit and Benefits.  Facilitate communication with the builder in regard to final sales price, incentives, obtaining contracts.  Update files 30-45 days prior to closing.

Our ideal candidate will have one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Strong customer service skills required.  Excellent written and verbal communication required.  Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) is encouraged but not required.
