Description + Processes electronic documents and data in a fast-paced environment utilizing various applications and systems completing tasks timely and within service level agreement timeframes. + Performs one or two types of processing center tasks related to set-up of loans for the mortgage insurance, contract, and recession relief underwriting organizations. + Set-up up of loans into various systems includes reviewing customer submitted data and documents, cross validation of information between documents and systems ensuring accuracy of information and, if applicable, making revisions. + Responsible for determining and resolving problems within loan file set up. + Resolves loans submission issues utilizing established procedures. Seeks additional information as needed and elevates complex issues. + Provides back-up assistance to other teams as directed.
