Mortgage Loan Specialist
Description Processes electronic documents and data in a fast-paced environment utilizing various applications and systems completing tasks timely and within service level agreement timeframes. Performs one or two types of processing center tasks related to set-up of loans for the mortgage insurance, contract, and recession relief underwriting organizations. Set-up up of loans into various systems includes reviewing customer submitted data and documents, cross validation of information between documents and systems ensuring accuracy of information and, if applicable, making revisions. Responsible for determining and resolving problems within loan file set up. Resolves loans submission issues utilizing established procedures. Seeks additional information as needed and elevates complex issues. Provides back-up assistance to other teams as directed.
