Principal Responsibilities

Handle Mortgage Loan repricing and servicing requests for high net worth customersProvide independent and holistic Mortgage solutions to meet the home ownership needs of existing Mortgage customersBuild relationships with existing Mortgage customers by providing excellent service to build customer loyalty and seek referrals to grow the businessWork closely with the product team to optimize on repricing packages offering and profitability of the existing Mortgage portfolioExecute proactive retention exercises initiated by the product teamReview and streamline existing processes to provide a seamless customer experience
