As a Mortgage Systems Specialist at Mercantile Bank, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our core mortgage systems, including the Loan Origination System (LOS), Point of Sale (POS), and pricing engine. Your responsibilities will include assisting with system updates, troubleshooting, and the testing and deployment of new features and releases. Collaborating closely with senior team members, you'll focus on making necessary adjustments to improve system performance and user experience. This position also involves reviewing current workflows to identify efficiency improvements and providing Tier 1 support for user management, technical help desk inquiries, and ancillary mortgage systems.
