Mortgage Warehouse Specialist is responsible for file-level activity related to receiving incoming collateral packages, preparing outgoing shipments, and customer communication

        

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as primary day-to-day contact for customer inquiriesReceive, file, and log FedEx/UPS packagesVerify accuracy of documents receivedAssemble collateral packages to be executed by signorPrepare outgoing shipmentsManage reporting and reminders related to collateral shipmentsEnsures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence and/or journals or government regulationsAbility to write simple correspondenceAbility to write routine reports and business correspondence

Education and/or Experience  

HS Diploma/GED1-3 year experience in mortgage banking or financial services environment

                                                             

Computer Skills 

MS Office programsTyping and 10 key
