This position is for the Operations Manager for the Mission Operations Support (MOS) Integrated Product Team on the GPS OCX program. The candidate will work across the team managing day to day operations, lead Integrated Product Team cost and schedule activities, lead Engineering Change Process efforts, manage across subcontractors and materials in order to meet assigned deadlines.

Understand the Systems Engineer lifecycle and change management processMust be Earned Value Certified and have significant Earned Value experienceExperience briefing/interacting with senior program leadership and customerExperience in systems engineering functions including operations concept development, requirements management, technical risk management, interface definition and controlDemonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program teamProven ability to meet timelinesExcellent written and oral communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Office suite of toolsAn active and in-scope Secret US clearance
