Overview
eDreams ODIGEO’s Creative Design Team seeks a talented, customer-obsessed Motion Designer to create pixel-perfect eCommerce advertising experiences based on a data-driven approach.
Your primary focus will be to design and animate visually compelling advertising creatives for internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely and directly communicate with marketing and product teams to create and bring ideas to life to help drive new business. Prior experience in an agency or in-house media environment creating advertisements for global and/or digital brands is required.
Our Motion Designers have a strong passion for creating visually captivating experiences for customers and can translate business goals into creative solutions that produce tangible results. They always keep the customer in mind and regularly analyse data to create meaningful and relevant content.
What you will do:
The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As a Motion Designer, you will be instrumental in elevating our brand’s visual storytelling through high-quality motion graphics and video content, leveraging cutting-edge tools and a data-driven approach. You will:
Collaborate and Create: Work closely with graphic designers and copywriters to produce compelling motion graphics, video templates, layouts, and edits that align with our rigorous visual standards. Your work will enhance our customer’s experience across various platforms and marketing campaigns.Design with Impact: Craft engaging video solutions, incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to maximize overall impact and engagement.End-to-End Ownership: Manage the video creation process from concept to post-production, including adaptations for different countries and platforms.Data-Driven Design: Leverage performance data to inform creative decisions and drive effective design solutions that meet measurable business goals.Brand Consistency & Innovation: Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while proactively exploring and integrating emerging motion and video trends, including AI-driven creative possibilities, in line with brand guidelines.Communicate & Coordinate: Effectively communicate design rationale to internal partners, defending visual design solutions when necessary. Coordinate with various internal stakeholders, managing multiple requests and ensuring smooth project execution.What you need to succeed:
Good to have
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Motion Designer role or similar.Proficiency in core creative software: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Google products.Experience with AI-powered creative tools: Demonstrated familiarity and practical application of tools such as Midjourney, RunwayML, ElevenLabs, and other AI-driven solutions for creative optimization and content generation.Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, video graphics, video editing, and post-production, including creating files optimized for digital media.Skilled in vector-based illustration and motion graphics.Experience in post-production, finishing work, sound design, encoding, and mastering.Strong ability to influence stakeholders on creative direction for campaigns.Adept at time management, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines.Comfortable working with varying degrees of complexity from storyboards.Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced online environment, with a proactive interest in emerging technologies.Proficient spoken and written English communication skills.Experience in cross-functional collaboration and engaging with multiple internal stakeholders.A portfolio showcasing your professional work is required (please include its link on your resume).What’s in it for you?
