Description We are in search of a Motion Graphic Designer to join our team in the Financial Management industry, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The selected candidate will be tasked with creating and designing high-quality animations, developing interactive web animations, editing and enhancing video content, and collaborating closely with teams to execute creative projects. Responsibilities: • Design and create high-quality 2D and 2.5D animations with Adobe After Effects • Develop smooth transitions, kinetic typography, VFX, and engaging visual effects • Utilize Cinema 4D for light motion graphics enhancements • Develop HTML5-based animations using Google Web Designer for banners, interactive ads, and web elements • Edit and enhance video content, social media ads, and promotional materials using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects • Work with audio elements to synchronize sound and visuals effectively • Work closely with designers, developers, and marketing teams to execute creative projects • Manage and organize animation assets and templates for efficiency • Stay updated on animation trends, industry tools, and best practices • Apply parallax effects, 2.5D camera movements, and dynamic compositions. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects is a must for creating high-quality motion graphics. • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is required for managing and editing digital assets. • Experience with Adobe Flash is necessary for creating interactive web content. • Mastery of Adobe Illustrator is essential for generating vector graphics. • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is expected for layout design tasks. • Capable of creating compelling Advertisements to engage target audience. • Strong Animation skills are required for bringing visual elements to life. • Experience in designing Banner Ads for online advertising campaigns. • Ability to contribute to Brand Awareness initiatives through graphic design. • Skilled in designing Brochures for marketing and promotional purposes. • HTML5 knowledge is essential for creating and managing web-based content.
