As a Motion Graphics Designer/Illustrator, you’ll play a critical role in translating concepts into captivating visuals. Working closely within the creative team, you will create engaging motion graphics and illustrations that align with Siemens Healthineers brand identity and project goals. This role requires a balance of artistic skill, technical proficiency, and a creative mindset to bring our clients' visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Motion Graphics Creation: Design, animate, and deliver high-quality motion graphics for various media.Illustration: Develop original illustrations and character designs that enhance visual storytelling, aligning with brand guidelines and within our established illustration style.Storyboarding: Collaborate with team members to sketch out visual sequences, ensuring that design concepts meet creative and technical standards.Video Editing: Perform basic to intermediate video editing, syncing visuals with audio elements, color grading, and other post-production tasks.Concept Development: Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts that push creative boundaries while meeting client objectives.Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, managing deadlines, revisions, and client feedback efficiently.Quality Assurance: Review and refine final animations and illustrations, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, are brand-compliant, and are technically optimized for various platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Illustration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: 5+ years in a professional motion graphics, animation, or illustration role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with 3D software is a plus.Illustration Skills: Strong portfolio of original illustrations, showcasing a variety of styles and techniques.Animation Skills: Strong portfolio of complex animations and transitions, with an understanding of the principles of motion.Storytelling: Ability to communicate stories visually, with an emphasis on composition, color theory, and typography.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration within a team and with clients.Time Management: Proven ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
