Motion & Graphics Designer
**About the Role** We’re looking for a motion and graphics designer who brings strategic thinking, visual storytelling, and design innovation to every piece of work. You’ll partner with marketing, creative, and production teams to deliver best-in-class work that inspires, informs, and drives results. From animating dynamic brand campaigns to designing short-form content for social, CRM, and digital platforms, you'll breathe life into our messaging through typography, kinetic graphics, and compelling motion. You’re fluent in industry-standard tools, have a deep understanding of brand expression through movement, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **What You'll Do** 1. Design and animate high-performing motion graphics across diverse formats: social media, YouTube, paid media, CRM, internal campaigns, physical activations, and more. 2. Create high-quality static designs for both print and digital platforms—this role demands excellence in motion and still design. 3. Translate creative briefs into thoughtful motion solutions that enhance storytelling and drive engagement. 4. Collaborate cross-functionally with producers, designers, editors, and marketers to bring ideas from concept to final render. 5. Ensure brand consistency across all animations while applying visual systems with creativity and precision. 6. Work efficiently within modern workflows, leveraging tools like After Effects, LucidLink, Frame.io, and Figma. 7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality, speed, and organization. 8. Maintain clean, well-structured project files, adhering to version control, render presets, and naming conventions. **Tools You’ll Use** 1. **Adobe Creative Suite**: After Effects (primary animation), Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro (basic editing), Audition 2. **Figma**: For visual alignment and collaboration with brand and design teams 3. **LucidLink**: For real-time cloud collaboration 4. **Frame.io**: For feedback, annotation, and versioning 5. **Google Workspace**: Docs, Sheets, and Drive for coordination and asset management 6. **Slack**: Team communication and updates 7. **Bonus Tools**: Cinema 4D or Blender (3D animation), DaVinci Resolve (color), iZotope RX (audio cleanup) **What You'll Need** 1. **4+ years of experience** in motion graphics and animation design for marketing, product, or branded content. 2. **A strong portfolio** demonstrating motion design expertise, including storytelling, timing, transitions, and typographic animation. 3. **Deep understanding** of content formats, aspect ratios, and motion principles across social, digital, and paid media. 4. **Equally strong graphic design skills**, with a sharp eye for layout, typography, color, and static composition—this role requires excellence in both motion and still visual design. 5. **Experience working within brand systems** and adapting global campaigns for diverse markets. 6. **Ability to interpret creative direction**, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly. **Bonus Points If** 1. **Strong organizational skills** and keen attention to detail across multiple deliverables. 2. **Familiarity with localization workflows** and experience adapting content for international markets. 3. **Experience working across multiple regions**, with an understanding of cultural nuances and, ideally, familiarity with multiple languages. 4. **Excellent communication and collaboration skills**—you thrive in cross-functional team environments. 5. **Adaptable and resilient**, with the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. 6. **Basic knowledge of 3D** motion graphics or VFX.
