Your work environment at EXP
We are currently seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to join our Corporate Marketing team. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will partner with creatives to develop engaging animations, motion graphics and edit videos for content across digital channels. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality, visually engaging messages to our internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives with little oversight, consistently delivering ideas and visually engaging work across various digital platforms.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
· Design and create motion graphics and videos for digital platforms, including website, social media, events and presentations. · Collaborate with the creative team to maintain and evolve the brand look and tone across digital channels. · Edit and enhance video content, ensuring seamless integration of graphics, effects, and audio, with high production quality and consistent branding. · Work closely with cross-functional teams across North America—including creative, marketing, communications, technical and executive teams—to develop concepts, storyboards, and execute projects on time and within scope. · Manage assets through all stages of production and monitor project progress to meet deadlines. · Stay up to date with trends and best practices in motion graphics, video editing and digital storytelling.
What your experience looks like
3-5 years of experience in motion graphics design, video editing or a related role, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, multimedia or a related field A portfolio demonstrating motion design and video projects Proficiency in industry-standard design, animation and video editing software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)Qualifications, skills + competencies
Keen eye for design, layout and animation principles Understanding of visual storytelling, pacing and editing techniques for video across digital platforms Knowledge of video formats, compression standards and delivery methods Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines A growth mindset with an eagerness to learn, adapt and improve Ability to work proactively and independentlyNice to have but not required
Knowledge or interest in the architecture, engineering (A/E/C) space Experience with 3D modeling software (Cinema 4D, Blender, Revit or similar) Familiarity with scripting, expressions and/or JavaScript Experience with Figma or similar web design tools/platforms
The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's skill set, experience, certifications, and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
