As a Motion Graphics Senior Designer in P&G's Fabric Care Content Design Studio, you will create diverse motion graphics that bring memorable and iconic product communications to life through product demos. Additionally, you will support digital activations, 2D package design, and concept visualizations with design themes and consumer research learning toolkits. As a hands-on creative, you will need expertise in the relevant design software to deliver product demos to finished executions for use in advertising, social, and sales channels. You will lead creative design processes to help teams generate concepts for outstanding product demos. You will collaborate with other like-minded creatives and multidisciplinary teams to support the business's needs through demo creation. You will stay up to speed with new applications and technologies, incorporating AI visualizations into demo concepting and creation as it evolves. You’ll view business challenges through a compassionate, consumer-centric lens in everything you do, and you'll build demos intended to connect with the hearts & minds of Fabric Care North American consumers.
What You'll Do:
You will build product demos that showcase Fabric Care's outstanding products, technologies, and exceptional customer experiences to life.Ensure brand guidelines and directives are adopted consistently and creatively within motion graphics expressions and demo studio content.Exhibit strong creative leadership and excellent communication skills in pitching conceptual and directional choices for demos and design concepts.Be accountable for the outstanding quality of creative execution.Key Capabilities:
Brand Stewardship: Ability to differentiate between multiple brand identity systems and collaborate closely with marketing and brand teams to ensure all assets consistently reflect a cohesive visual style that aligns with each brand identity.Creative Leadership: Be a strategic design partner with the business to guide teams through the conceptualization process of developing iconic demo content, communicating methodologies, and teaching techniques.Visual Design: Hands on creation of key iconic graphic visuals within product demos. Design and edit digital pieces, focusing on high-quality visuals that meet brand guidelines.Video Production & Photography: Supervise and produce small-scale internal photo shoots for demo creation, and edit short-form product videos for various platforms. Proficient in gathering raw footage and in some cases build photography briefs and work directly with agencies or an internal team to shoot content.Video Editing: Craft compelling short-form videos of product demos for social media, brand campaigns, and sales communications. Use storytelling techniques and incorporate animations, sound effects, music, and transitions to improve the overall quality and impact of each video.Motion Graphic Animation: Build compelling animations and marketing campaigns.AI Integration: Apply AI tools for rapid prototyping and design iterations, improving creativity and speed.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, gather feedback, and refine designs to achieve campaign and project objectives. Leverage a strong understanding of science and technology to work closely with R&D, translating key concepts into compelling visuals that resonate with consumers.Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, emerging AI tools, and innovative digital content formats.Job Qualifications
BA/BS in Graphic Design or a similar field.5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with 3+ years of expertise in motion graphics designA strong portfolio in motion graphic design and brand expression. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving and technical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, focusing on problem solving and working creatively with multidisciplinary teams.Adaptability and comfort in a dynamic environment, with a growth mindset and a dedication to continuous learning.Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects.Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skills, and level of relevant experience.
